Hello Parents and Registered Volunteers,

The AYSO Region 112 board meeting is on Tuesday 3/5 at 6:30 PM in the La Verne Community Center, 3680 "D" Street, La Verne, CA. 91750. Attendance is open to any and all that wish to attend with an interest in improving the regions activities.

For 2024, our board meetings will be held on the first Tuesday of the month.  January and September will be the second Tuesday.

Some board positions need additional people to help with tasks and some would be assistant positions with a transition period while training is occurring.  If you have an hour to give per week or per month, we could use your help. Below are some examples.   

Registrar

Picture Day Coordinator

• Please read thru the description on the AYSO Volunteers website (Link below).  
• Recruit volunteers as needed for picture day.
• Please submit your info to the Regional Commissioner if interested.

Fields

• Painting
  • Create field painting schedule and coordinate with Division Coordinators to ensure that our field are ready for game day.
  • Manage Painting Robot and initial field painting for the season and any mid-season repainting.  
  • Recruit 1 to 3 persons to assist as needed.
    
  • Please submit your info to the Regional Commissioner if interested.
• Goals
  • Coordinate Goal assembly at the beginning of the season and disassembly at the end of the season.
  • Coordinate movement of goals from park to park or storage as needed when changing seasons or for playoffs. 
  • The region will pay for trailer rental. A vehicle with a trailer hitch and simple towing experience would be required. 
  • Recruit 1 to 3 persons to assist as needed.

Event Planning

• Assist with planning Coach appreciation events.
• Assist with planning Referee appreciation events.
• Lead planning Family Fun Day, Opening Day Ceremony, and other Region events
• Recruit 1 to 3 persons to assist as needed.
