NOTE: there will be no pre-printed player registration forms this year. Please see the following instructions on how to do the registration forms on–line.

Online registration is the Region’s preferable method to register players and volunteers.  It’s simple and saves you a lot of time.
First, go to www.eayso.org
If you have an eayso.org account, log in with your username and password.
If you are new to eayso.org, create a username and password

FOR PLAYERS
For new players who have never played in AYSO, choose "Application for a new player" (left side of page)
For returning players who have previously played in AYSO, choose "Application for a returning player" (left side of page)
Follow the directions on the screen.
FOR ALL PLAYERS, PLEASE BRING 3 COPIES OF THE PLAYER REGISTRATION FORM.

FOR VOLUNTEERS
As a returning volunteer, please update your information. Please make sure to click "Next" at the bottom of the screen until it asks you to sign. Click the "I agree to use an electronic signature box", then type your name.
Please follow the instructions until your volunteer application is complete and processed, including electronic signature.
If you are a new volunteer, please follow the above instructions. In addition, please print two copies of your volunteer application and bring them to Registration along with photo ID.
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact any person on the Board.

1st registration is: April 27th, Bonita High School 8:00 am - 2:00 pm

2nd registration is: May 18th, Bonita High School 8:00 am to 1:00 pm

3rd registration: June 18th, Church of the Brethern 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm
