If we do accept a player's registration submitted after that date, the regular season fee will be determined and, depending on the program's needs, the player may be unable to play before the third or fourth week of the season. TEAM ASSIGNMENT/PRACTICE AND GAMES Team assignments will be conducted in late July. Once AYSO has assigned a team to a coach it is the coaches' responsibility to contact each player. Please record the name and phone number of your coach and division director. DO NOT CONTACT US BEFORE SEPTEMBER 1. There may up to two weekly practices, one mandatory, and one or two games per week. Punctuality is required for practices and games.Team assignments are final. Coaches cannot change player's team assignments and they cannot add players to their teams. If a player drops from your team, contact the registrar for possible players on the waiting list. (Violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from any involvement in our soccer program.) We reserve the right to adjust teams to maintain team balance. Team assignments are not based upon religious school schedules, car pool needs or any criteria other than achieving balanced teams. Kids on the Waiting ListIf your child is on a waiting list there is no guarantee they will play. However, if the registrar calls you to place your child on a team, please have your mind made up as to whether or not they are going to play. Many parents when called then take a further week to decided on their child playing. This causes several problems for us as an organization. So please, make your decision on your child playing if you are waiting on a list. We do everything we can to ensure every child plays.
Players withdrawing prior to July 1, 2008 will be issued a refund (minus a $15.00 processing fee). After July 15, 2008, players withdrawing will receive a refund of 50% of fees paid, minus a $15.00 processing fee.
There will be NO REFUNDS at all after September 1, 2008. In order to protect your rights, all refund requests must be submitted in WRITING. Phone calls and e-mail are insufficient to process requests. If you register a child and then decide for any reason that the child will not play in our region, please notify us as soon as possible. If Region 112 is unable to place your child on a team, you will automatically receive a full refund. Children who did not play in AYSO Region 112 for the Fall 2007 season and are between the ages of 4 1/2 to 18 as of July 31, 2008, will need to bring a copy of their birth certificate and medical insurance information in order to register their child to play.
