Additional Detail:

Logon Information: Your logon information will be your team number and the password will be based on the coach's name. If you are team #6 in the U12 boys division your team number is U12B06. Note that all letters are upper case and the 0's are zeros. If you are coaching U16 girls team #2 your team number is U16G02. Your password is the coach's first initial plus last name, all lower case, followed by the team number. Using the examples above, coach Gina Smith’s password would be gsmith06 and coach Justin Garcia’s password would be jgarcia02.

Special for U7: As a new division the system has not been modified for this. To log in your team identifier will be U08 and your team number will be 21 or higher. So if you are U07G25 your logon ID will be U08G25.

Testing your logon: The team ID’s will be loaded into the system by 5 pm on July 26 and you are encouraged to verify that your’s works. The web site for the practice scheduler will be linked from the AYSO 112 web site front page, www.ayso112.org. When you enter your ID and password into the blanks on the form and click submit the system should return to you a summary page. If the system gives a login error, check your ID (be sure all letters are upper case and all zeros are present) and password (be sure all letters are lower case, zeros are present, and no letters and numbers have gotten mixed) and try again. If you are still not able to log in contact the region's web administrator at help@soccersupport.net.

From the summary page one option is the Profile page.  Each team is required to have the coach's name, phone and e-mail address in the system.  A reservation can be made without this but it will expire in three minutes unless this information is entered.  This information can be entered before August 2 so we encourage you to enter it now.

After logging in, if you would like to try the system you can proceed to search for a practice field.  From the summary page select "Schedule" and you will get a page with search criteria.  After you have scheduled practice fields the option to release your reservation and a summary of what you have reserved will also appear here.  Select the search criteria and click either the “Find Available” button or the "Show All" button to search. The Show All button will return all fields that meet your criteria even if they are already taken.  The following screen will show the results of your search and which of those fields are available.  Mark the check box and hit reserve to make a reservation. If you do practice requesting a field and submit the request, the request will be cleared by the administrator at about 7 am the next day to keep the schedule clear (but you will know that you can do it). The testing period on the sign-up system will end at about 2 pm on Sunday August 2.

Signing Up for a Practice Field: The system will become available for actual sign-up requests on Sunday August 2, 2009. A team may sign up for two lit field practice times and two unlit practice times. (U6, U7 and U8 sign up for one of each) Based upon feedback from last year, most practice spaces will be available to be reserved on Monday & Wednesday or Tuesday & Thursday with a single reservation. Some spaces will be available for single days to allow for any two practice days, Monday through Friday. Practice slots are filled on a first-come first-served basis. Log on and select a field and time as described above. (Depending on how you construct the search you may need to search and submit multiple times to get all your practice times.) We do require the coach's name, phone and e-mail address in the profile.  This information is only visible by the administrator, not by the public. The practice slot will be held by the system until the administrator reviews and approves, or denies, the request. Also be aware that you may not overbook your reservations.  If you have a reservation and make a new one that put you over your limit your earliest reservation will be canceled.
