Remember: there is absolutely nothing selfish about becoming better trained for AYSO coaching, refereeing or management. The better we become at our jobs, the better our kids are served by our programs.
Your division specific training is only the start. As you move up to coach an older division you should get the division specific training for U10 and U12. For the older divisions there is the Intermediate Coach, Advanced Coach, and National Coach Training. They take more time to complete but the knowledge reward is well worth it.
If you are interested in these you can ask the Coach Administrator about them, or ask the Regional Commissioner to be given course search and sign-up privilages on your eAYSO account.
